How it works

We match you with coaching clients based on your personal background, preferences, and availability.
Host a 45 minute kickoff call or video-chat with your client to get to know one another + set goals big and small that will help them succeed.
The secret sauce: you will communicate with your client on a daily basis (Monday - Friday, during your hours of availability). You will send asynchronous video messages whenever is most convenient for you during that time.
Have full 20 minute video/phone check-ins with your client at a cadence that fits both your availability and your clients’ preferences and budgets.

FAQs

The pay rate is $85/hr.

For each client, you can expect to spend 45 minutes on the initial kickoff call, 15 minutes reading and responding to messages per week, and 20 minutes per check-in call.

The bi-weekly plan calls for two 20 minute check-in sessions per month and the weekly plan calls for four 20 minute check-in sessions per month.
All coaches must be independently licensed clinicians with extensive experience operating in a coaching-based capacity.

Prospective coaches also go through a short interview process to assess their fit for Your Corner Coaching.
Our team has developed a deep understanding of the disconnect between the ways that most men think about managing their mental health & well-being and the resources available to them.
The vast majority of the men in our studies indicated dealing with high levels of stress but commonly voiced that existing mental health resources are too expensive, unapproachable, confusing, time-consuming, or simply not what they needed.
Based on our learnings, we set out to create a new option that fits into men’s lives; is approachable, affordable, and interactive; and is focused on trackable progress and growth.
